10ID chief presides 1003rd Infantry Brigade Change of Command
Brig. Gen. Eduardo Del Rosario turned over the reins of the 1003rd Infantry (Raptor) Brigade to Col. Domingo Tutaan Jr. at 10 a. m. today in a ceremony at the Brgy. New Visayas, Sto Tomas, Davao del Norte.
